**Your role**
- Have you successfully managed complex IT initiatives? Do you like managing all aspects of an initiative? Are you confident in delivering client facing technology in an agile environment?
- We're looking for Initiative Lead to:
- lead the delivery of IT initiatives, focusing on financing of commercial and private owned real estate
- manage the budget, risk, dependencies, quality and change at initiative level
- drive effective project governance
- assess and remediate risks and issues, tracking these plus deliverables on our initiative management framework
- liaise with initiative stakeholders, gaining go forward decisions and signoffs
- interact with Product Owners and agile teams to drive initiatives to completion

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the crew financing sales and offering based in Zurich. We analyze, develop and deliver solutions for financing needs such as mortgages, commercial financing and related topics. We are working in an integrated way with business and technology people working in the same team delivering solutions in an agile way. As an IT Initiative Lead, you'll play an important role in assuring that the development methodology is followed and lead technical design discussions with the architects. **Your expertise**
- business fluent in English, German language skills are definitely a plus
- worked as an IT initiative lead or in a similar role, for at least five years within the finance sector
- managed all facets of large-scale IT initiatives and met deliverables
- strategic thinker and excellent communicator, able to coach, lead and convince
- proven success managing technical delivery of solutions in agile and waterfall oriented teams
- adaptable and able to work effectively across different teams and functions (non-IT)
- exemplary knowledge of technology solutions in a cloud based environment
- Bachelor, Master or equivalent in information technology
