The Business Line Leader supports the top-management of a global organisation in the definition and implementation of the Destination strategy to build a world’s leading player in electric mobility. Accountable for defining and implementing the global strategies to transform ABB Electric Mobility division from a leading DC fast charging player to a global champion through optimizing portfolio performance, executing strategy, including R&D, to deliver the growth ambitions. Reporting to the CEO of ABB E-mobility, you will contribute to the continued global success of the business.

Division President E-mobility

**Your responsibilities**:

- Implements the Destination strategy and ensures business development.
- Ensures development of performance targets in line with global targets and ensures achievement through regular oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed
- Evaluates market opportunities and decides appropriate activities in line with the strategy. Continuously develops and manages the products, solutions, systems and/or service portfolio to achieve and secure market leadership
- Ensures BL meets agreed performance and growth in the target market
- Oversees development and execution of high-quality products, services and processes Monitors quality metrics, identifies opportunities for improvement in execution, and oversees improvement activities
- Ensures the execution of projects according to agreed targets in terms of schedule, quality, financial results and customer satisfaction
- Oversees relevant local Research and Development initiatives
- Key interface to collaborate with operations to agreed strategy and against planned activities, ensuring transparency and strong understanding for all stakeholders
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
- Ensures (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed Guides, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies

**Your background**:

- Bachelor/Masters degree in a technical domain
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in strategic delivery managing internal stakeholders at different hierarchical levels
- Ideally experience of P&L accountability
- Relevant track record in the area of product/solutions management, implementing new business models; presenting distinct “big picture” thinking;
- Solid analytical-conceptual and strategic thinking abilities;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a distinctive collaborative behaviour;
- A track record of leading and developing an agile team of high-calibre professionals
