**Global Operations manager - CSSR Business Line**:

In this role you will be responsible to lead the Operations function at Global level, defining the operating model along the entire value chain, including HSE, production, production engineering, planning and fulfillment, procurement, logistic, quality, continuous improvement, project execution and information system architecture in Operations. Set and drive Global strategy in all the Operations areas, including target setting for the entire value chain: Safety, Quality, Inventory, Delivery performances, Productivity, Project Execution.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Accountable that all overseen global organization Operations functions are properly organized, staffed and directed. Accountable to build an effective, capable and high-performing organization. Responsible to develop talent, review organizational effectiveness, driving competence assessments and continuous skill-upgrades
- Responsible to implement and sponsor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and all other business compliance standards and regulations across all functions of the overseen global organization (Business Area, Division, HUB, GPG, etc.).
- Accountable to ensure a safe work environment and continuous improvement in HSE processes and integrity performance.
- Accountable for a sustainable and effective E2E value-chain for the overseen global organization, from Customer to Supplier and from Order to Delivery (Products, Projects & for project execution from order to service.
- Responsible to establish effective S&OP processes for the overseen global organization, accountable for their results.
- Owns and is accountable to deliver overseen global organization-level Operational KPIs.
- Accountable to define targets for Operations: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity.
- Responsible to ensure master data excellence.
- Responsible to define the most advanced manufacturing technologies for the overseen global organization, including digital technologies.
- Responsible to establish governance mechanisms to drive and ensure compliance for the overseen global organization Adjust Engineering and Manufacturing resources with workload - optimize use of Global Operating centers - as applicable.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, with 10+ years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team with results orientation.
- Strategic thinking and acting, general management attributes, ideally with P&L experience.
- Global Experience in management, P&L experience, working as similar positions.
- Sound knowledge of Robotics industry and segments will be preferred.
