Global leader for Operations with full Profit and Loss responsibility and accountability of running the day-to
- day Operations through lean, faultless operational execution in an extended value chain and at the lowest total cost. In this role you will be responsible to develop and deploy BL Instrumentation global Operations strategy and processes from the inquiry to delivery E2E, define and support the implimentation of processes, best practices and KPIs within the operations and local sales units. Assuring cost and time efficient end to end operational performances meeting and exceeding customer's service level expectation. Take the BL Operations to the next Level

**Your responsibilities**:

- Strategy : Responsible to develop and execute a customer-focused Operations strategy for the Business Line optimizing the end to end customer experience. Accountable for its relentless execution.
- Management of Operations: Owns and is accountable to define and deliver end to end operations KPIs in line with BL management expectations. Accountable to deliver the targets for factory Operations: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity.
- Budget and Performance Management: Accountable for the full P&L of PG operations i.e. the factories. Accountable to deliver COGS savings and all other Financial performance KPIs as well as overseeing the transformational strategic projects within the operations. Accountable to define and deliver the annual budgets for CapEx and OpEx expenses.
- Safety & Integrity: Responsible to implement and sponsor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and all other business compliance standards and regulations across all QO functions. Accountable to ensure a safe work environment and continuous improvement in HSE processes and integrity performance.
- People Leadership & Development: Accountable that all functions are properly organized, staffed and directed. Accountable to build an effective, capable and high-performing organization. Responsible to develop talent, review organizational effectiveness, performing competence assessments and continuous skill-upgrades.
- Delivery: Accountable for a sustainable and effective value-chain, from Customer to Supplier and from Order to Delivery (Products, Projects & Service). Accountable for the effective deployment of the respective Procurement and Logistics strategy and for project execution from order to service.
- Quality: Accountable for the effective deployment of ABB’s Quality strategy. Responsible for Quality assurance, Quality control and for the implementation of an integrated quality management system.
- Continuous improvement & Customer Satisfaction; Responsible to champion a culture of Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement across the organization. Accountable for the development and continuous improvement of business processes and procedures, and of the overall customer satisfaction for area under scope.
- Engineering and Manufacturing Processes: Responsible to ensure master data excellence, deploy manufacturing technology and engineering process standards and establish governance mechanisms to drive and ensure compliance. Adjust Engineering and Manufacturing resources with workload - optimize use of Global Operating centers - as applicable.
- Standards, Governance and Risk Management: Accountable to ensure compliance with global and local standards, rules, policies and procedures related to Operations/Project execution. In alignment with the respective Group, Divisional, BU and Hub policies, responsible to introduce standards and guidelines, standardized processes, and KPIs. Accountable for operational risk management, validates and improves reliability and effectiveness of business operations.

**Your background**:

- Engineering background with over 10 years of experience in product manufacturing
- Demonstrated multicultural leadership skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Proficient in sales operations
- Successfully managed a factory for at least 5 years
- Skilled in change management
