We are currently seeking a **Financial Services Legal Counsel (M/F/d)** to work with various Axiom clients across all industries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide practical in-house legal advice and support on a wide range of finance transactions.
- Advise financial institutions on legal, regulatory, and compliance issues across a broad range of areas including financial products and services (including asset management, private equity, sustainable finance, and lending).
- Implement legal and regulatory change projects, including the development of template agreements and negotiation guidelines.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, policies, and related legal documentation.
- Monitor and implement measures against developments in the legal and regulatory environment.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 5+ years' experience supporting financial services institutions, either in a law firm or in-house.
- Strong commercial understanding, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Desire to provide excellent client service and an ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
- The ability to adapt to new situations and work environments, and a thirst for new challenges.
- Fluency in English and German.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- University degree in Law, LLM preferred
- Admission to the Swiss bar is a plus.
