Apply today and discover why Axiom is the leading employer in the alternative legal services sector.  Responsibilities : Advise clients on legal, regulatory, and compliance issues across a broad range of areas to ensure policies and procedures align with applicable laws and regulations. Structure, review, and provide legal guidance on a wide range of finance services offerings and transactions, including banking matters, capital markets, private equity, fund distribution, investment funds, lending, and loans. Engage in the drafting, review, and negotiation of documents as needed, potentially including loan agreements, intercreditor agreements, fund documentation, security agreements, investment prospectuses, ISDA, derivatives, NDAs, etc. Advising both on domestic and cross-border transactions including managing external counsel. As needed, support the Board and Management Committees on a range of legal tasks and projects, including drafting internal policies, SLAs, and governance documents.
