- wicklung, Projektierung und Montage von Fahrleitungsanlagen sowie der Entwicklung und dem Verkauf
von Fahrleitungskomponenten.

**Legal Manager*in**

In dieser Rolle sind Sie für alle rechtlichen Angelegenheiten des Unternehmens in der Schweiz im Zusam
- menhang mit den Aktivitäten im Bahnbereich verantwortlich. In dieser Funktion werden Sie direkt an den
CEO der Kummler+Matter AG rapportieren, zusätzlich sind Sie funktional dem internationalen Rechtsabtei
- lung von Colas Rail unterstellt und unterstützen die Ziele der Internationalen Abteilung von Colas Rail
(DGI).

**Herausforderung:
Verwaltung aller rechtlichen, vertraglichen, Compliance
- und Versicherungsangelegenheiten:

- Analyse rechtlicher Dokumente für Bahnprojekte,
- Erstellung, Analyse, Prüfung und Verhandlung projektbezogener Dokumente,
- Bereitstellung rechtlicher Beratung während der Projektdurchführung

Unterstützung der Leistung von Projekten durch effektives Vertragsmanagement, mit Unterstüt
- zung des zentralen Vertragsmanagementteams von Colas Rail

Schulung: Steigerung des rechtlichen Wissens des Personals
Beitrag zur Wertschöpfung des Unternehmens
Schutz der Interessen des Unternehmens in Streitfällen und Ansprüchen
Verwaltung der Datenschutzregeln

**Profil:
Detailliertes und selbständiges Arbeiten
Proaktiv für innovative Problemlösungen und proaktive Vorschläge
Starke zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
Komplexe rechtliche Angelegenheiten zu formulieren
Gutes Stakeholder-Management
Juristischer Abschluss, idealerweise mit Schweizer Anwaltspatent
4 bis 6 Jahren Erfahrung
Starkes Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Verhandlungsgeschick
