Assisting the GGC in all day-to-day legal, litigation, compliance and governance aspects of the function, and various support services to the legal function.
- Providing reliable, relevant, and timely consolidated legal advice, information, etc. to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assisting the GGC in all aspects of managing, with external counsels, the trademarks portfolio, and brands of the Group.
- Preparing clear, professional presentations, reports, guidance (power point, Excel, etc.) on different legal, regulatory or litigation topics, projects at-hand, etc.
- Assisting GGC in organizing, document review and managing key litigation matters of the group, with external counsel supervision.
- Assisting the GGC and other functions of the Group in the legal management and due diligence of any strategic investment, asset disposal, M&As transactions, group structure reorganization.
- Update and manage the Dashboard of legal directorship throughout legal entities of the Group.
- Support the Compliance Committee’s activities, in relation to drafting and updating policies, assisting in training sessions, online and E-learning compliance training, etc.
- Acting as liaison and project leader among the country’s legal teams.
- Preparing contract templates, Dos & Don’ts, etc. to support business and operations legal needs.
- Organizing and managing all Group’s legal, regulatory, corporate documents, including the management of the Group’s document and repository systems.
- Review legal and regulatory developments of interest, potential legal and litigation risks for the Group’s activities, in relation to food law, marketing claims, etc. prepare summary notes, action plans.
- Managing external legal counsels and consultants’ budgets, engagement letters, billing practices, etc.

**Job Type**: 100%

**Salary**: CHF72,000.00 - CHF84,000.00 per year
