**Global Project Manager, Indirect Procurement**:

Global Business Project Manager will lead business implementation projects to drive adoption and continuous improvements in indirect procurement in Motion Business Area. The objective is to increase digitalization within procurement globally enabling ABBs local business units the use common standards. The project manager establishes and maintains effective collaboration with internal customers, stakeholders, and team members, as well as with other teams, functions and external parties making sure that project strategies are achieved.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Drive the collaboration with business process owners, process analysts and IS teams through all phases of a project lifecycle.
- Lead and coordinate internal resources, both global and local, third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of project deliverables in each of the phases.
- Together with Business Process Owners and Business Process Analysts, lead the work of developing comprehensive plans for processes and procurement solutions adoption and global roll out.
- Creation of project charter, assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring functional and technical feasibility.

- Track of deliverables and measure performance to achieve delivery on-time, within scope and budget.
- Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques and track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Manage change to the project scope and schedule using appropriate verification techniques involving project stakeholders for effective approvals. As assigned, execute change management strategies and plans, including communication and training.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree (technical or business) or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years hands on experience in (Indirect) Procurement across various functional roles.
- Proven working experience in project management and business process management.
- Possess strong stakeholder management skills.
- Lean six sigma competence and experience is a plus.
- Experience with project management software tools.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Working cross business experience is preferred.
- Fluent spoken and written English
