**Your responsibilities**:
- Responsible for end-to-end service delivery performance within the assigned service line or cluster and ensure that the ongoing service delivery and support organization meets the agreed business requirements and SLAs
- Responsible for compliance and risk management within the assigned service line
- Act as a cost center owner to plan and forecast the service line budget following ABB financial guidelines; review actual spending to ensure compliance with budget; define and execute corrective actions when deviation requires rectification
- Manage a team of 3-4 team members and accountable for overall team performance
- Work in a cross-discipline team and global team, actively promote diversity and inclusion.
- Support major incidents and critical situation resolution.
- Collaborate with Global Business Process Owners to understand the demand, provide solution proposals, manage expectations and provide regular updates on deliveries
- Participate in or lead project Steering/Operational Committee meetings as lead IS manager within given area.
**Your background**:
- 5+ years of experience in IS service management or IS management experience, 10+ years of experience, working in IS organization.
- Ability to take end-to-end service accountability for complex and diverse solutions, independently from where the underpinning technology components, operation support processes or professional capabilities reside.
- Sound knowledge of software life-cycle management and service delivery
- Experience with implementation and support of cloud-based (SaaS) solutions.
- Understanding/experience of Procurement and Logistics solutions is a benefit
- Experience in project set-up, contract management (e.g. SoW) and business case preparation
- Experience and strong skills in collaboration with external suppliers and consulting companies, including offshore model.
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Information system, engineer, finance, or business management
- Proficient in written and spoken English
