**Your role**
- Do you want to play a key role in the Global Output Management area? Do constant change and strategic initiatives motivate you? Do you want to manage costs of a global service?
- We’re looking for a service strategy manager in the Global Output Management to:
- initiate and drive various cost and process optimization projects
- partner cross functionally to manage and facilitate new cost and process optimization initiatives
- ensure transparency on cost saving initiatives and prepare related reporting material
- run and analyze MIS reports to illustrate progress and success of our projects
- coordinate and action on different P&C Operations internal request

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Global Service Strategy team in Zürich. We work with the different Output RtB Units and are the sync point for the IT and our Print-Providers. Together with the Business Management we ensure an accurate cost planning and influence the global service costs by initiating various initiatives.

**Your expertise**
- great communicator, able to build, maintain and enhance relationships at all levels
- comfortable working with internal clients and external stakeholders
- proven ability to improve processes, reduce risks or increase customer satisfaction (you’re a keen observer and problem solver)
- previous output management experience is a plus, but not a pre-requisite
