Manage a complex portfolio of information security (InfoSec) projects and ongoing services
- The Program Manager will be responsible to coordinate and deliver change to the organisation, who is aiming to improve their security posture and evolve their InfoSec framework
- The organization is increasing the scope of certification, currently it has achieved ISO/IEC 27001 standard in 2013.
- The protection of the organization’s information assets is critical to its business model and stakeholders.
- The Program Manager will be the focal point of engagement with the organisation, on all Security Services that will be performed by the company and other appointed external service providers.
- There will be requests for Specific Security Services, communicated to the Program Manager, followed by scoping exercises, requirements gathering, statement of work and cost proposal for each project, as required, to start a project.
- The work location will be primarily at the Organization’s facilities, in a temporarily assigned space that may change as needed
- The information security services framework that the Program Manager will work on, is categorized by the following ones: Information Security Consulting Services, Security Architecture and Design Services, Secure Code Review Services, Cloud Security engineering and Administration Services, Security Awareness and Training Services, Penetration Testing Services, Information Security Incident Response Services.
- These services will be enhanced by projects and operational activities with the goal of ensuring the organization’s information assets continue to be protected, security capabilities are enhanced, and to develop and adopt a Next Generation Information Security Strategy.
- Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, tailored for the audience, ranging from Executive to Business Managers to Technical / Security Team members
- In-depth experience in IT and profound experience in delivering projects and programs
- Previous hands-on experience on IT security tools and framework implementation and management
- Excellent stakeholder management, Relationship management with internal and external entities, overall management, coordination, integration and benefit realization management for multiple projects and operational activities
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills with the ability to prioritize activities and projects within a Program framework and manage Program Budget accordingly
- Capability to lead, influence, negotiate, Deliver Change in a complex, multi-cultural organization, working with a diverse team, remotely
- High level of integrity, adhering to highest standard of ethics and compliance levels
- Available to travel or commute as required by the client, organisation, to Geneva, Switzerland
- Previous experience in Information Security Framework development and adoption, preferable within an international organizational context or at Government level
- Advantageous, having experience working with NGO
- Proficiency in English, French is advantageous
- Advantageous: certified in Program Management (Axelos MSP, PMI PgMP) proven track record of providing services in the role of Program Manager
- Advantageous: experience in Security Consultancy services, such as AWS / Azure Security Practitioner, GIAC Level 5 Certification, Certified Ethical Hacker, CRISC, SABSA, CSSLP, CISSP, CISM or CISA
