Description/Tasks:
- Perform a wide array of aviation-related support and client management services
- Take on a variety of projects within an aircraft management company that are all key to the business
- Involved in the development, oversight and improvement of key processes in the business
- Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of small and large multi-discipline projects that are all related to the aircraft management business
- Guide project teams
- Supervision, coordination and production of several projects concurrently
- Build and maintain positive client relationships
- Control overall project cost and scope, schedule and quality of work
- Organize project goals, elements and requirements into coherent programs, suggest planning and recommend actions based on studies performed
- Prepare reports, results of studies and recommendations in graphic, written and oral form
- Manage and coordinate projects with other stakeholders throughout the life of the project
Qualification/Experience:
- University Education - plus 5 years of relevant experience working in an AOC environment or demonstrated equivalency of experience and / or education
- Thorough knowledge of private aviation industry practices and EASA, FAA and ANOTO/OTAR regulations
- Availability for international traveling
- Proven ability to achieve results
- Team oriented and able to adjust in a multinational environment
- Agile way of working and demonstrated resilience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both German and English
