**Missions et responsabilités**

**Main responsibilities**:
We're looking for a skilled CRM Project Manager to lead our project to transfer from Sage to a new CRM system. You'll:

- Conduct a feasibility study, define key business rules, and ensure the new system has comparable functionality to our current CRM tool, plus mobility and internal Saint-Gobain maintenance,
- Analyze and define business requirements, translating them into system requirements, and work with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful implementation, administration, and user support of the new CRM system,
- Manage change requests, update user manuals and training, maintain sales data across multiple systems, and manage external service providers and operating budgets,
- Be responsible for providing tools and services to improve sales efficiency, including sales forecasting and pipeline analysis by business segment,
- Work on monthly/periodic KPI reporting for the Dashboard to deadlines, and ongoing maintenance of commercial data.

**Profil recherché**
- Master’s Degree in Project Management, CRM Project Management, Business System Management, or relevant fields,
- A prior experience in CRM Project Management,
- Experience or knowledge in different tools (ERP, CRM, BI),
- Result-oriented, well organized, adaptable, and flexible with a high level of rigor,
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills,
- Excellent command of English (C1), German (B2),

This mission has a duration of 18 months.
