We are looking for a motivated, solution-oriented person who is eager to work and develop in the fast-paced consulting environment. By bringing your analytical and business skills to the table, you will support our financial services clients in future-proofing their risk functions.

Your contribution to KPMG

Lead the delivery of medium scale engagements in the areas of risk management and risk transformation, especially regarding operational resilience, non-financial risk (NFR), and business continuity management
Stay on top of evolving regulatory requirements (e.g. FINMA, EBA, PRA) as well as industry best practice developments for NFR to devise value-generating solutions for our clients
Drive go-to-market activities for our risk transformation and NFR solution offering; develop materials for client sessions
Lead or support proposal work for risk transformation and NFR opportunities
Identify business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships
Coach and develop team members on a more junior level and take ownership of shaping and further developing our team
This is what makes you successful

Master or PhD in banking & finance, economics, business, or a related field
4-7 years of professional experience in banking or in a consulting or audit firm focusing on risk management and risk transformation in the context of non-financial risk
Knowledge of GRC technology solutions (MetricStream, ServiceNow, SwissGRC, IBM Open Pages, etc.)
Analytical mindset, willingness to learn and perform, team and service orientation, strong communication skills, and independent working style
Ability to manage small teams of consultants and to take ownership of securing timely delivery of project milestones
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
Fluency (written and oral) in both German and English are a must
