**Client**:
A bank that Finders work with regularly and know very well. One of the leading employers in Geneva and award-winning. A human size and a warm, collegial, supportive environment with like-minded people. They offer bespoke private banking services to their HNW and UHNW client base. A global bank with a long-standing, serious, quality reputation in Switzerland.

**Position**:
Using your Russian language, this is private banking assistant(e) de gestion type role in a young team. You will be supporting a Senior Relationship Manager as an Assistant, for this 12-month temporary contract. You should have ideally around 3-5 years' relevant experience, but my Client is also open to young people to develop as well.

Tasks will include:

- Support in all organizational matters efficiently and actively (calendar management, preparation of client meetings, travel organization, market transactions, payment orders, credit cards etc.)
- Take care of various customer clarifications, investigations and tasks within the team and various internal departments
- Be responsible for various administrative tasks (create statistics, write bulk mails, take care of mailing campaigns etc.)

**Profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent or an Apprenticeship in a bank, or equivalent
- Working experience in the banking environment a plus, but open to young people who wish to develop as well and who have a keen interest in finance
- Excellent in English and Russian, as well as good language skills in French
- Proactive approach and ability to set priorities and to work independently
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with the ability to quickly understand complex business topics
- Good communication skills and enjoying talking to the clients by phone
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of service orientation towards our clients
- Outstanding organizational skills as well as a very efficient and precise work approach
- High motivation and willingness to learn
- Team player with a high level of flexibility
- Good MS Office skills (especially Excel), knowledge of Avaloq is a plus but not a must
- Available to start as soon as possible for this rich and rewarding 12-month temporary contract, where you will be employed directly by the bank
- Must be a Swiss resident
