Global Medical Manager

Hobson Prior are seeking a Global Medical Manager to join a brilliant pharmaceutical corporation on a permanent basis located in Glattbrugg. Our client is focused on discovering the correct treatments for patients suffering from various therapeutic areas.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- For the role of Global Medical Manager, you will be accountable for contributing to the improvement and implementation of the Global Brand Medical Plan and Global Brand Publication Plan.
- Assist with the execution of Medical communities and KOL engagement approaches.
- You will corroborate and handle the global advisory boards.
- Handle support groups and medical societies affiliated with global Medical approach.
- Contribute to the medical mentoring of international, national and local medical and marketing team members.
- Evolve quality content for medical communication and resources rendering to Global Brand Plan as well as with regional and international legal guidelines.
- Accountable for handling the evaluation and agreed procedure for medical deliverables.
- Assist with marketing by offering scientific contributions and knowledge in the evolvement of marketing deliverables as well as partake in the evaluation and sanction.
- Any other assigned duties.

**Requirements**:

- Educated to a degree level in a scientific or medical discipline.
- At east 5 years of experience within a pharmaceutical organisation.
- Medical affairs or clinical development experience.
- Able to assess scientific medical works accurately and efficiently.
- Educational programs and communication tools experience.
- Familiarity with study plans and performance.
- Capable of forming relationships with crucial opinion management.
- Comprehension of medical features of therapeutic areas with the eagerness to evolve knowledge.
- Fluency in the English language both verbally and written.
- At least 7 years of industry experience involving medical affairs at affiliate and regional/global HQ level.
- Regulatory, safety and legal implications of Medical Affairs actions experience.
- Proven scientific and medical publications.
- Management experience of teams and projects.
- Fluency in other European languages such as German, French or Spanish.
