Due to the continued growth of our worldwide organization, we are looking for an enthusiastic new team member to take the global HR work of our company to a next level

**Global HR Manager (m/w/d) 100%**:
As part of the Group HR department, you will work on the HR strategy/concept for the Group and its global implementation as well as related initiatives.

**Role and responsibilities**:

- Development and implementation of a global HR strategy considering the whole employee life cycle
- Implementation in a first step in the Business Unit Global (Dürrenäsch/Shanghai/Dubai/Singapore/Houston/Sao Paolo) and subsequent rollout of the best practice experiences in the other Business Units of the Group to achieve a coherent setup across the company
- Strategy development and implementation in close cooperation with the respective HR managers in all regions
- General contact and support person for HR issues of all regions that cannot be solved locally
- Close alignment of activities with Group strategy and corporate values
- Development and execution of e.g. trainings and employee development tools on group level

**Your qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Economics or a related field
- Sound professional working experience in an international Global Human Resources role
- Experienced in leading global projects and having “green field”-approaches
- Excellent command in written and spoken English (other languages an advantage)
- Independent and goal-oriented way of working
- Dedicated and approachable personality
