HR and Administrative Manager

We are currently looking on behalf of one of our clients based in Geneva for an HR and administrative manager. This is a temporary full-time position for a duration of 7 months in a hybrid work environment.
Your role:

- review and implement the HR strategy and work plan
- systems implementation for the full employee cycle including budget and planning
- IT, procurement, travel security, office services and administration supervision
- management of a team of 5 people
Your skills:

- at least several years experience in an NGO environment
- good skills with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel
- good project management skills
- experience in managing a team
Your profile:

- university degree in HR or equivalent
- fluent english
- excellent soft skills
