**YOUR MISSION**:

- **Support HR Finance team in various tasks such as**:

- **Monthly closings and reconciliation of accounts ;**
- **Booking of bonus provisions and deferred remuneration ;**
- **Intercompany recharges ;**
- **Reconciliation of foreign payroll entries ;**
- **Reporting to the management (BI Tool).**
- **Support Payroll team in processing payroll for our Swiss entities and expats, including**:

- **Year-end payroll duties (bonus payout, tax and AVS reports, salary certificates) ;**
- **Ensure compliance with Group policy and government legislation.**
- **Manage the relationship with external service providers and auditors as well as local authorities.**

**DESIRED PROFILE**:

- **Bachelor degree in Finance or similar education ;**
- **Min 5 years of experience in HR Accounting and Swiss Payroll ;**
- **Strong knowledge in Excel and SAP ;**
- **Strong communication skills and ability to interact with people from different culture and nationalities ;**
- **Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, work effectively and collaboratively with the team and other stakeholders ;**
- **Good analytic and problem-solving skills that enable sound decision making ;**
- **Strong ethics and discretion ;**
- **Fluent in English and French ;**
- **Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate to Switzerland.**
