**Aufgaben & Profil**:
**So bringst du KPMG weiter**:

- Berate unsere internationale Kundschaft operativ und strategisch
- Liefere qualitativ hochstehende Lösungen zur Verbesserung von Prozessen, Betriebsmodellen und Organisationsstrukturen in den Bereichen Finanzen, Controlling und HR
- Arbeite mit KPMG-Expert*innen gemeinsam in funktionsübergreifenden, internationalen Projekten
- Beurteile und bewerte den Reifegrad und die Leistung der Funktionen Finanzen, Controlling und HR
- Entwickle und optimiere Shared Service Center und Outsourcing-Strukturen
- Optimiere End-to-End-Prozesse wie Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report und Hire-to-Retire
- Berate zu Rollen
- und Qualifikationsprofilen für die künftigen Expert*innen in Finanzen, Controlling & HR

**Deshalb bist du erfolgreich**:

- Bachelor oder Master (Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Management, Finanz-/Rechnungswesen, Volkswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder ähnliches)
- Erste Erfahrungen (z.B. Praktika) in den Bereichen Consulting, Finanzen, Controlling oder HR sind von Vorteil
- Fähigkeit, mit großen Datenmengen umzugehen und Erfahrung mit Managementinformationssystemen
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen (insb. Excel und PowerPoint)
- Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, Französisch ist von Vorteil
- Eigeninitiative, Lernbereitschaft (on
