**Operational Transfer Pricing Manager**:

In this role you will be responsible to transform processes and functions in the area of operational transfer pricing as part of ABB’s finance transformation strategy and beyond, and be the responsible project leader for the Group, globally across all Divisions. You will provide transfer pricing expertise in the very special field of operational transfer pricing to the Group to reduce tax risks, penalties and secure financial opportunities of several million USD.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Lead the operational transfer pricing strategy and connect with other departments to ensure a smooth and successful implementation
- Design and develop the E2E operational transfer pricing process, data, systems strategy, along with implementation plan across various businesses
- Advise legal entities within the ABB Group with respect to operational transfer pricing
- Ensure alignment with other transfer pricing/tax processes
- Responsible for project management and management of key stakeholders, ensuring that delivery of transfer pricing transformation processes are managed effectively and alignment with all business and finance stakeholders as well as finance transformation team
- Provide input into finance transformation roadmap and communication activities, and be engaged with the wider finance transformation team
- Organize and project managing working groups, senior business teams and finance teams and establishing other forums as required
- Identify interdependencies of transfer pricing/tax/finance/business teams

**Your background**:

- Finance professional with extensive practical experience in operational transfer pricing and finance matters of approx 10-15 years
- Track record of successful implementation of operational transfer pricing transformation projects in a multinational industrial company in an in-house or advisory role
- Used to work in complex business environment of a large multinational
- Excellent understanding of accounting, controlling, business
- Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure (MS Office, SAP, operational transfer pricing software and/or SAP PaPM)
- Strong team player, with self-starter approach, and multi-cultural mind set, coupled with proven project management skills and finely tuned presentation and reporting skills
- Significant experience of multi-faceted collaboration with superior engagement and communication skills
