**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect the markets and acquire new customers in the Business Travel markets
- Manage, develop and retain your customer portfolio
- Generate leads (ad hoc accommodation group, pricing partnership with companies, seminars, leisure contracting)
- Follow your leads from quotation to invoicing (establish quotes, reminders, options and PMS management, negotiation, contracting, keeping down payments, briefing with operational teams, preparation for arrival, invoicing, customer feedback)
- Maintain business statistics (production of accounts and business performance)
- Market watch to detect opportunities

**Profile**:

- **A minimum of 6 months experience in a 4

- hotel in German-speaking Switzerland - mandatory**:
