As part of the strengthening of its activities in Switzerland, BearingPoint is looking for a Business Consultant for its Geneva office. This exciting new opportunity will place you at the heart of an ambitious Project in a fast-growing structure.

The Geneva office serves leading clients in the financial industry (Wealth Management, Private Banking, Asset Management, Family Office, etc.) in their business transformation at the edge of the digital age. BearingPoint provides them with expertise in defining and implementing Strategic and Operational models, designing, and reviewing business processes, and carrying out regulatory changes.

The financial industry is essential in transforming our economy and society towards more sustainability and responsibility. We support our clients to change to more sustainability and are looking for reinforcements for our consultant teams:
Practice development
- Become a future shaper Working out relevant aspects for our clients regarding their ESG transformation in collaboration with our international Sustainable Finance team, e.g., by defining sustainable target operating models, ESG data requirements, and regulatory requirements.
- Become a transformation facilitator Accompany our clients in their transformation in the phases of strategy development up to the implementation.
- Become a sustainability thought leader Research and analysis of current regulatory initiatives in sustainable finance and, based on this, the development of individual approaches, formats, and frameworks.
- Become a sustainability enabler Create information from ESG data and derive correlations for the future sustainable data-driven business model.

**Requirements**:

- Understanding the stakes and challenges in sustainable finance for banks, especially for Private Bankers and Asset Managers.
- Knowledge and consulting or industry experience in banking as well as in regulatory initiatives and their impact on sustainability issues (e.g., MiFID II, IDD, EU Taxonomy Regulation, SFDR, Disclosure Regulation).
- The associated requirements call for an authentic experience in sustainable finance with significant adjustments to processes, organization, and IT transformation.
- Creativity, innovative spirit, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and conceptual skills.
- Independent and self-motivated service-oriented way of working.
- Very good written and spoken French and English skills.
