Nexxiot’s growing business services team is pivotal in establishing our company as a global market leader in digitizing the supply chain. We provide our commercial teams with the required financial insights and tools to capture global accounts while continuously professionalizing our organization and ensuring the necessary funds for continued growth are available and allocated appropriately.
**Profile Description**
**Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:
- Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and guidelines to safeguard the receipt of revenue and both team and overall budgets and actual expenditures
- Managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results
- In conjunction with the CFO, establish financial and operating cockpits, benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards on a monthly and annual basis
- Provide comprehensive financial updates to senior management by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting appropriate data points
- Manage and monitor all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Assessing current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement and implementing new processes
- Support accounting team with tasks such as invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field
- 4+ years proven experience as a senior-level accounting or finance manager
- Professional accounting certification, including CMA, CGA, or CA
- Working knowledge of finance law and regulatory standards
- Strong understanding of economic and banking processes
- Strong working knowledge of detailed financial data analysis
- Exemplary history of financial project management
- Characterized by excellent teamwork and communication skills, assertiveness, and flexibility
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Profound MS Office and ERP knowledge complete your profile
**Additional information**
This Position is based in our HQ in Zurich hence please ensure your eligibility to work and live in Switzerland. We do not consider CVs from agencies.
