**Our client** **is a small Swiss Private Bank with an established presence in Zurich and Geneva, our client is enjoying a period of growth, and looking to hire a new professional and experienced**

**LEGAL COUNSEL**

You will be working in a small team of high dynamic and professional Legal specialists.
- Responsibilities: _
- Handle and prepare general legal clarifications
- Drafting of contracts and legal documents
- Participation in the revision of the existing bank contracts
- Legal advice on strategic and regulatory projects and the specialist departments
- Participation in the updating and further development of cross-border banking measures.
- Requirements: _
- **YOU MUST HAVE** a Swiss Legal education (Bachelor or Masters)
- **YOU MUST HAVE** Minimum 1 - 3 years of professional experience in financial services or law firm
- **YOU MUST HAVE** Excellent in German (preferably Mother tongue) and very good English skills
- Knowledge of banking and financial market law as well as data protection
- They are happy to take a recent graduate with some banking/finance knowledge if you have a the right potential to grow and develop quickly
- Careful, solution-oriented and independent way of working
- A strong team-player, open person, flexible, with a high willingness to learn and develop
