Using cutting edge Natural Language Processing and Deep Learning technology, Ren helps leaders, deal-makers and chiefs of staff stay on top of important moments in their networks, and makes it fast, easy, and personal to reach out with the right context.

**About the role**

We’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Director to take on a wide variety of strategic initiatives and support the CEO in running and growing the company. You’ll be reporting directly to the CEO and have a unique opportunity to make a profound impact while learning the ropes around building a fast-growing tech startup. The role is remote within the Central European Timezone.

How you will make an impact
- Work closely with founders, product and engineering to define short-term tactical goals and and long-term strategy.
- Identify and lead high priority strategic initiatives and drive execution alongside the CEO for various areas of the business.
- Create and manage systems and processes to help run and grow the company and project-manage multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Help build the team, manage finances and support our distributed hubs across timezones perform at their best.

**What you bring**
- You’re a strategic thinker and an independent, highly organized and disciplined problem solver. You can break down complexity and bring structure to chaos quickly.
- You’re an effective communicator (written and verbal) who brings across the essential message to various audiences from cross-functional teams to customers, partners and investors.
- Ambition, and an eagerness to learn and get your hands dirty. You’re not afraid to take on any task at any level of complexity and you’re good with numbers (being an Excel guru is a plus).
- 3-6 years of work experience at a top tier consulting firm, investment bank, PE or equivalent. Additional startup experience is a plus.
