FNZ has experienced exceptional growth in the past decade, both in terms of assets-under-administration and through the substantial expansion of our international footprint. Today, we are responsible for over $1.5 tn in assets-under-administration, held by around 15 million customers of some of the world’s largest financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make FNZ a more effective and efficient organization by leading a portfolio of transformational and strategic initiatives
- Work closely with our leadership team to proactively identify, prioritize, scope, and shape our strategic vision, agenda and initiatives. This may include organic growth projects, M&A support, go-to-market and customer experience efforts, operational efficiency and more
- Execute strategic initiatives and programs at the direction of the CxO level e.g. CTO, COO, CFO and CEO
- Provide strategic consulting services and thought leadership utilizing comprehensive, in-depth knowledge, expertise, and emerging industry trends
- Lead a virtual team of employees responsible for solving large, challenging cross-enterprise problems and implementing innovative and creative solutions to address them
- Communicate clearly and concisely and distill complex data and concepts into succinct messaging and presentations with senior executives
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking, and coordination of highly complex activities and guidance to others
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses
- Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise
In this role, you will:
- Gain access and visibility to senior executive level leaders from across the company
- Lead Strategy, Planning and Operation initiatives by making strategic decisions to resolve highly complex issues to meet higher risk deliverables
- Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including more experienced leadership
- Partner closely with management of Finance, Human Resources, R&D and other business functions
- Plan and design allocation of people and financial resources
**Requirements**:
- 8+ years of Strategy, Planning and Operations experience or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of Management experience
- Experience in a consulting firm or similar experience
- Ability to manage large scale program initiatives in a complex environment
- Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications
- Ability to synthesize complex analytical findings into executive level communications
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing
- MBA degree or equivalent experience
