**Your role**

Are you passionate about creating a positive online user experience? Do you follow the latest trends in digital marketing? Do you know how to combine client requirements and market research to improve a company’s product or service?

We are looking for someone like that to:

- work closely with our data experts to analyze consumer behavior, gain user insights and identify opportunities to optimize the usability of our key digital touchpoints
- collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Team to drive narrative and storytelling, clearly articulating creative rationale and working together to successfully complete projects
- align with digital marketing teams in Group Branding and ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice
- keep up to date with the market and industry to better implement the latest technologies in the design process

**Your team**

You will be working in the Digital Marketing team, which is part of our Global Wealth Management organization. You will be part of a small group of highly motivated marketing specialists working closely with colleagues across different regions and functions including Corporate Communications and Branding, Legal, Compliance and the broader Global Wealth Management marketing organization.

**Your expertise**
- university degree or equivalent experience with a focus on Graphic Design or related field
- at least three years of professional experience with an online portfolio demonstrating a keen attention to detail and a solid understanding of fundamental design principles
- digital native with passion and enthusiasm for the digital marketing landscape, digital tactics and lead generation
- experience in project management and key account management/advisory in a large organization within marketing/sales/media relations, and preferably (but not necessary) with external agencies
- proficiency in interaction design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite and HTML/CSS and experience with HTML animation tools, including Hype
- experience with video and animation as well as with analytics (preferably Adobe Analytics)
- autonomous and structured way of working and understanding of modern visual and interactive design principles with the ability to explain the thinking behind your design choices
- demonstrable proficiency for time management, organization, and communication (written, oral, and interpersonal) in a collaborative environment
- service and problem-solving oriented and able to work to tight deadlines, which may sometimes mean working outside standard business hours
- fluent in English (written and oral), German a distinct advantage
