**Key Reponsibilities include**:
- Support with shaping and building the market presence of ZS in Digital in Europe
- Lead and support large scale client business development and delivery engagements in the Life Sciences Industry
- Manage transformation programs and client relationships particularly in the area of AI Personalization Engines, Marketing Technology and Operations, Content Transformation, Digital Field Engagement, and Digital Data Management & Analytics
- Play a lead role in shaping our client’s future state Digital Customer Engagement Solutions, Business Architecture and Program Design
- Partner with Client’s Business Analytics and IT organizations and delivering large scale, high impact Digital solutions delivery
- Drive innovations, support new offering development and commercialization of capabilities tailored for Region Europe / Global in the areas of Digital/AI/Marketing Technology
- Partner with Global ZS Digital/CCM Practice and ZS Europe Leadership to develop and cultivate a focused Europe Digital & Tech Team focused on Commercial topics
- Play an active role in counseling and mentoring Consultants within the organization - Raise awareness and excitement about our Digital offerings in ZS Europe
- Play a key role in Internal and External Marketing events
**Required Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science or related field from a top university
- MBA or Advanced Degree is highly desirable and preferred
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in selling and delivering Digital Transformation programs in Management Consulting/ Professional services firm;
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in life science industry is preferred;
- Demonstrated experience with driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects
- Strong ability to assess a company’s Digital maturity through senior stakeholder interviews, organizational discovery and benchmarks; Strong ability to formulate our client’s Digital strategy, technology blueprint, implementation roadmap and operating models
- Strong ability to design and manage transformation programs that spans business strategy, advanced analytics & AI, and Digital Technologies
- Demonstrated experience and strong credentials in managing large scale change programs leveraging some or all of the following technology pillars:
- Cloud & Digital Platforms - e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe
- Digital Asset Management Platforms: e.g. Adobe, Aprimo, Veeva Vault etc
- Customer Data Platforms - e.g. Evergage, Tealium
- AdTech Platforms - e.g. Google Additional Skills:
- Ability to lead a global virtual team of consulting professionals across multiple projects;
- High motivation, outstanding work ethic, maturity and personal initiative
- Strong oral and written communication skills that enable personal impact with senior-level decision makers
- Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset
- Analytic problem-solving skills, with a creative and innovative outlook
