**CONTEXT**
- R&I Sustainability develops
- **tools and actionable solutions to help our Maisons create more sustainable products.**
**Sustainability is a key topic** for Richemont and its Maisons today. Innovation plays an important role in
- **making our products and operations more sustainable**. We are a young, d
- **ynamic team working on exciting topics at the cutting edge of innovation**, including d
- **eveloping new sustainable têxtiles,**
**optimising manufacturing processes and working towards product circularity.**
- The R&I Sustainability team is looking for a
- **6-months intern** to support them in a variety of projects and initiatives.- If you are passionate about sustainability and love working with people,

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
- You will work with the
- **Richemont Research & Innovation Sustainability team** and will help to manage
- **ongoing projects around community engagement.**
- **Provide support in community engagement activities**
- Plan and prepare **newsletter content** with relevant team members
- **Translate** technical project progress to a **non-specialist audience**:

- **Engage with internal and external stakeholders**
- **Provide support in community engagement activities**
- Provide support in the **coordination of internal innovation workshops**:

- Play a key role in **community engagement sessions and events**:

- Promote a **culture of innovation and sustainability**
- **Provide support to the project manager in day-to-day project management operations**
- Provide support in some **administrative tasks**:

- Regular **reporting of milestones**

**WHO YOU ARE**
- You are an **active listener**, **curious & organized** with a **strong interest in sustainability & change management.**:

- You have a s**trong knowledge in materials science, Life Cycle Analysis, and / or eco-design**. Knowledge of the **fashion industry** is a plus.
- You are passionate about **community engagement and have great social skills.**:

- You are **currently a student in sustainability, environmental sciences, or similar at master level.**:

- **Fluent English is mandatory for this role.** **Strong French is a must**. German is a plus.
- You are **at ease with MS-Office**, particularly **MS PowerPoint.**
