It seeks talented, unusual innovators who tackle systemic change in social systems for the sake of nature, including people.

**Function**:
The role supports the Director Engagement & Development with effective, integrated marketing and engagement management that strengthens the strategic impact and positive reputation of Unearthodox. The function works collaboratively within a small but globally dispersed team to manage, advise on and implement strategic engagement and development activities to strengthen the Unearthodox brand. The role covers all areas of marketing and communication including digital and works with agencies and consultants globally.

**Profile**:

- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic engagement, marketing and communication
- Knowledge and passion for sustainability and nature conservation
- Experience developing stakeholder and audience engagement plans with measurable objectives
- At least 3 years brand management experience
- Demonstrated budget management abilities and project management skills
- Native of perfectly fluent English skills with excellent written and oral communication
- Ideally experience in non-profit and/or innovation sector
