Tasks

Your Commitment will include
- You are responsible for the entire recruiting process in close cooperation with our HR and Business Managers
- You are acting as a sparring partner for the HR Manager in the management and implementation of all HR Processes

**Requirements**:
Achieving the difference requires
- Currently in bachelor’s or master’s studies in Business Administration, Human Sciences, Human Resources Management
- Experience in a fast-paced environment is an advantage
- Ideally fluent in German, English and/or French
- First Experience in supporting in the recruitment, building up processes, priorities tasks and work with short deadlines

**Employment level**: 80 -100%

This internship is part of a Bachelor's or Master's degree program at a university or university of applied sciences and is covered by an internship agreement.
