**MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Participate in ongoing projects: new HRIS and the updating of the employee handbook
- Assisting with key HR duties : recruitment, training and performance management
- Contribute to the administrative management of employees

**PROFILE**:

- Student in Human Resources (University or equivalent) at Master 1 level (tripartite agreement required)
- Available for a minimum of one year on a part-time basis as part of a sandwich course or apprenticeship or on a full-time basis as part of a long-term internship
- A first experience in a Human Resources department is highly desirable
- Good knowledge or understanding of the Swiss and/or French social system
- Very good level of written and spoken English and French
- Very good command of Microsoft Office
- At ease in an international environment
- Good knowledge of HR tools for staff development an asset
- Excellent organisational skills and sense of responsibility
- Ability to summarise information and strong writing skills
- Discretion
- Ability to prioritise
- Enthusiasm and commitment
- Good sense of initiative
- Ability to work independently and in a team
