Part of the HQ Client & Omnichannel team, you will be in charge of assisting the team on various projects related to client engagement & performance.

You will have the opportunity to work with the different members of the team, with our markets and with some of the HQ departments (Digital, Retail, Marketing, Communication ).

**You will make an impact by**:

- Conducting ad-hoc client data analysis to identify business insights and opportunities
- Coordinating ad-hoc projects related to customer journeys, new client tools and services
- Developing monthly reports to follow KPIs
- Updating activation calendars and projects’ roadmap
- Developing and updating training materials (user guides, live training/demo, coaching sessions)
- Participating in the testing of new capabilities
- Developing and facilitating the communication with the client community (SharePoint, Yammer, Teams)
- Helping with the organization of meetings with markets
- Handling best practices: gather market feedbacks, consolidate results, identify and share best practices

**The exceptional skills we are looking for**:

- You hold a Bachelor or Masters’ degree (University, Business School, Engineering)
- You are able to coordinate projects
- You have a good ability to solve problems and you are a real team player
- You possess an analytical mindset
- You are fluent in English. French is a plus
