To reinforce our boutique team in Geneva, we are looking for a Boutique and Sales Support Intern, who will help the team in their daily tasks and contribute to the development of Roger Dubuis. Under the supervision of the Boutique Manager, the intern will get a chance to participate in a broad range of activities.

**Primary tasks**:

- Administration and operations
- Facilitating the team’s work by assisting with daily boutique administration and operations: shipments and receipt of goods, boutique supplies, after-sale service, management of straps and accessories, stock management, maintenance works, inventories, gift-wrappings, and more
- CRM
- Contributing to the CRM development: registering client data, creating and handling profiles, participating in the activations
- Boutique hospitality
- Contributing to the positive boutique environment, in line with the standards of image and excellence of our Maison: daily setup and closing, visual merchandising and product displays, tidiness, grooming and more
- Welcoming and assisting clients and ensuring each of them receives exceptional service

**Secondary tasks**:

- Business Development & Entrepreneurship
- At Roger Dubuis, when not welcoming a client, we are constantly working on new ways to find and generate business. You will bring a fresh view and new ideas to the business development activities of the boutique.
- Events
- Supporting the preparation and execution of the Roger Dubuis events and boutique animations

**Your profile**
- You are currently looking for an internship of at least 6 months
- You have an entrepreneur
- and growth mindset
- You have a solid work ethic with values of dedication, rigor, independence, humility and excellence
- You have a strong interest in watchmaking and high luxury
- You have the highest standards of client service and attention to detail
- You have excellent communication and client-facing skills
- You are fluent in French and English (verbal and written) - any other language is a plus
