We are looking for 1 intern (12 months starting in July) who will be based in our HQ in Plan-les-Ouates (Geneva).

**You will make an impact by**:

- Being actively involved in diverse client experience projects, including monitoring client satisfaction and engagement, assisting in-store activations, and the deployment of digital enhancements in boutiques
- Engaging in retail operations to support boutiques and subsidiaries with policies, new tools and services, as well as transversal projects related to Customer Services, Visual Merchandising, CRM, and boutique openings
- Proactively running comprehensive data analysis (sales consolidation, support on Business Plans, dashboard creations,)
- Supporting the preparation of the business reviews and presentation
- Assisting the Retail Development team in regular communications and meetings with the Retail global community
- Actively creating content to animate the Retail global community through various communication channels (Intranet, Yammer, Monthly Retail newsletters, SharePoint,)

**The exceptional skills we are looking for**:

- You are currently attending or have just finished a Business Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- You have previous experience in retail, either in a boutique or a head-office
- You are fluent in English (speaking & writing); French is a plus
- You are experienced with analyzing and visualizing large volumes of data in Excel (including VBA)
- You have first experience with creating KPI dashboards in reporting tools; SAP Analytics would be a plus
- You have strong presentation skills and advanced PowerPoint skills
- You have a “can do” attitude, and you are effective in managing projects
- You are autonomous and have very strong attention to details
- You are proactive, ambitious, and not afraid of growing with challenges
