- We are seeking a self-motivated and proactive intern to join the Panerai Swiss team.- This will be an operational role with a diverse range of responsibilities supporting the execution and analysis of all marketing campaigns and initiatives. It will suit someone who is very hands-on, energetic, who takes initiative and is willing to gain exposure to a variety of tasks.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- MARKETING & DIGITAL-
- Support in event organisation and execution including client events, boutique activations, manufacture visits, etc.
- Produce events’ report and monitor KPIs
- Coordinate visual merchandising activities and ensure the implementation of animations in boutiques and POS
- Share product and brand information internally and to the distribution, support partners on their marketing requests
- Optimize brand and product presence on partners’ websites and social media
- Assist in local PR and communication activities
- Support in preparing innovative and impactful 360° marketing activation plans- BUDGET TRACKING-
- Track and report marketing spending
- Process and track marketing related bills, liaise with the accounting team when needed- BUSINESS ANALYSIS & REPORTING-
- Support on in-depth business analysis in order to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing plans, perform competitive research and work on recommendations
- Fill out and analyse various reports
- Ad-hoc support on preparing and delivering presentations**PROFILE**:
- Curious, proactive, and hands-on
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven organisational and project management skills
- Client-centric mindset
- Demonstrates intellectual agility and a willingness to achieve high standards of performance
- Shows ability to perform analysis, is detail-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of digital marketing tools
- First internship experience would be a plus
- Currently in or finishing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field
