Global Marketing + Sustainability Executive

The Senior Global Marketing + Sustainability Executive is responsible for supporting the Head of Sustainability, Partnerships and Projects in delivering on our brands Sustainability Goals, elevating our brand across commercial and trade partnerships, driving internal engagement and leading special projects on a need basis. This experienced marketer will be able to lead projects and campaigns, liaising with multiple departments and deliver seamlessly through to go live.
- Sustainability - Support our sustainability efforts across the brands, including planning and delivering our monthly communications strategy across consumer, trade and internal. Ideate and deliver on engagement tactics internally to educate and grow fluency.
- Partnerships Marketing Strategy - End-to-end campaign management for our global brand + commercial partnerships. Work with regions and partners to deliver seamless initiatives that deliver consumer growth, brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Trade Partnerships and Elevation - Support trade initiatives and deliver appropriate trade marketing assets and support to regions, including monthly comms strategy, trade tiles, PDFs and trainings.
- Internal Engagement - Support key internal engagement activations such as conference.
- Special Projects - Support TTC activations and special projects on a need’s basis.
- Collaboration - Work with our Digital service of excellence to execute activity on time and to brief, as well as other internal teams (Sales, Call Centre, Operations, Product Development, Pricing & Yield) to achieve the commercial goals of the brand.

- Proven experience in a similar role in a global business.
- A creative thinker with strategic and analytical capabilities
- Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in brand and marketing
- Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels of the business.
- High level of attention to detail.
- The ability to work under pressure and time restrictions.

**Requirements**:

- 5+/- years working in the marketing field with a marketing degree as a preference, international experience essential.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver campaigns that achieve commercial objectives
- Strong project management and change management experience.
- Experience in managing commercial and creative projects
