**Global Marketing Intern Wella Professionals**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Analyze competitors’ activities, consumer trends to recommend next innovation concepts
- Support design of future innovations (product design, claims, commercial activations)
- Lead the creation of Marketing materials part of global toolbox
- Work in partnership with creative agencies to ensure feedback and assets being delivered on time
- Coordinate with cross functional team the toolbox assets deliverables
- Deliver the final toolbox presentations
- Toolbox budget tracking
- Develop the toolbox playbook and contribute to improve toolbox efficiencies with recommendations

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Master’s degree level qualifications. Preferred (but not mandatory) disciplines: Marketing, Communication, Project Management
- 6-12 months of previous professional experience in communication/product or trade marketing/commercial
- Previous experience is beauty industry is a strong plus
- Strong project management, organizational and analytical skills
- Solid grasp of BtoB products and services
- Excellent collaborative and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities
- At ease with rapidly changing environments
- Positive, ‘can do’ energy and team-oriented
- Creative mindset
- Curious and Passionate about Beauty
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint as a must
- Fluent in English (other languages French, Germanare a plus)
