**About **ID Genève Watches**
Started in 2020 by childhood friends, ID Genève is the first watch brand to come out of the circular economy. Currently a team of 5-10 people, we create products that reflect the values and principles of people concerned about climate change and social environmental impact. The materials used are circular and have a lower carbon impact than the watch industry average. The design is modular, timeless, and evolutive to extend the length of the watch’s life cycle to the maximum. We offer an avant-garde vision of watchmaking, an approach where sustainability, transparency and innovation are at the heart of our DNA and manufacturing processes.
**About the internship**
Your key responsibilities for this role will be:
- Managing B2C sales and related operations / administration
- Managing B2C customer relationships, customer experience and customer support
- Driving the communications calendar according to our annual product and event roadmap
- Planning and launching communication campaigns while building global continuity and consistent storytelling according to our brand goals (mostly newsletter, blog and Instagram)
- Managing projects related to sales, event management, PR and marketing
- Writing content in English and French for our website, newsletter and other communication channels
