**Legal Counsel 80-100%**

Männedorf, Zurich

**Your contribution**
In this challenging and important role, you are responsible to provide legal support and advice the company’s various departments in relation to their activities. You ensure the compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies. You will be drafting, negotiating commercial sales contracts and manage the company’s litigation matters.
- Prepare and maintain relevant contact templates and contracting review processes
- Ensure execution in accordance with the company’s delegation of authority
- Safeguard Tecan’s integrity and exposure to risks through adequate contract review and negotiation
- Provide training to employees on legal and regulatory matters

**Your background**

- Degree in Law
- Hands-on experience in a law firm /inhouse support role
- Experience in contract management
- Fluent in English and German
- Team player with a global mindset
