**Digital Marketing Manager for Operations**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing plan to promote EF's host family program globally.
- Create compelling content that resonates with potential host families and highlights the benefits of participating in the program.
- Optimize the performance of the program using various digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with international teams to localize the program and ensure that it resonates with audiences in different regions.
- Work closely with various marketing teams to align our digital marketing efforts with broader marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation, conversion, and community building.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive results.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for innovation and keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
