We are looking for an analytical, creative, organized, and results-driven Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our Digital Marketing team in Zurich. You will be responsible for driving exciting global digital marketing initiatives and other projects across +50 markets. You will lead marketing campaigns and web projects working with Creative and Tech teams.

You are energetic, flexible, and a team player. You keep a sharp and tight schedule to drive projects through completion. You love interpreting numbers to make decisions that drive the business forward. You know how to work with designers, developers and copywriters. At the same time, you have a good eye for design and copy.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Project manage global digital marketing initiatives including websites, lead generation campaigns, competitions, and more.
- Build and maintain a complete project schedule, make it constantly visible to management and key stakeholders to drive projects through to completion.
- Create briefs to work with worldwide marketing managers, content creators, developers, UX/UI designers, and business leadership to align digital marketing initiatives with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure the business and brand goals are followed. At the same time making sure we deliver a great customer experience.
- Stay on top of industry trends and identify new opportunities to grow the business.
- Provide in-depth reporting and insightful analysis to optimize and increase performance.
- Be part of a testing strategy to gain insights and improve the customer experience.
- Train markets worldwide to get the most out of digital marketing initiatives, sharing best practices and knowledge.
- Manage troubleshooting and support coordination for the different initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years’ hands-on experience in digital marketing and project management for B2C brands.
- Broad understanding of online marketing tactics and channels.
- Digital native
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a willingness and desire to ‘roll up your sleeves’.
- Ability to generate ideas and work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong writing skills and a good eye for design.
- Experience working in an environment that's ever-changing.
- Very strong data analysis skills with solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- Ability to interpret data and UX to provide actionable insights.
- Very strong knowledge in Google Analytics.
- Experience working with CMS systems (Storyblok a plus).
- Jira/Confluence knowledge.
- Fluent in English (other languages a plus: Spanish, French, German, etc).
- Be eligible to work in Switzerland.
