Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for an analytical, creative, organized, and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our Digital Marketing team in Zurich. You will be responsible for driving exciting campaigns and web initiatives.

You are energetic, flexible, and a team player. You keep a sharp and tighter schedule to drive projects through completion. You love interpreting numbers to make decisions that drive the business forward. At the same time, you have a good eye for design and copy.

**How you will succeed in this role**:

- Project manage digital marketing initiatives like lead generation campaigns, competitions, websites and more.
- Build and maintain a complete project schedule, make it constantly visible to management and key stakeholders to drive projects through to completion.
- Create briefs to work with worldwide marketing managers, content creators, developers, designers, and business leadership to align digital marketing initiatives with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure the business and brand goals are followed.
- Stay on top of industry trends and identify new opportunities to grow the business.
- Provide in-depth reporting and insightful analysis to optimize and increase performance.
- Be part of a testing strategy to gain insights and improve the customer experience.
- Train markets worldwide to get the most out of digital marketing initiatives, sharing best practices and knowledge.
- Manage troubleshooting and support coordination for the different initiatives.

**The ideal Digital Marketing Manager**:

- 2+ years’ hands-on experience in digital marketing and project management for B2C brands.
- Broad understanding of online marketing tactics and channels.
- Digital native
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a willingness and desire to ‘roll up your sleeves’.
- Ability to generate ideas and work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong writing skills and a good eye for design.
- Experience working in Agile.
- Very strong data analysis skills with solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- Very strong knowledge in Google Analytics.
- Experience working with CMS systems (Storyblok a plus).
- Fluent in English (other languages a plus: Spanish, French, German, etc).
- Be eligible to work in Switzerland.
