Legal Counsel for Zurich Livewell 80%-100%

As Legal Counsel for Zurich LiveWell Services and Solutions Ltd (Zurich LiveWell) you will be part of an exciting and fast paced environment advising the LiveWell business in the daily operations on legal topics.

As part of the Group Legal Department of Zurich you will provide legal advice and support to Zurich LiveWell, a subsidiary of the Zurich Group, in its mission to inspire people to commit to their health by providing impactful health and wellbeing services and solutions, mainly by offering digital content.

**What you will do**
- Provide legal advice to the LiveWell business in projects as well as in the day-to-day operations on all legal issues related to providing and developing digital services
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts with third parties and intragroup
- Support the process to increase speed to market from a legal/regulatory point of view
- Close interaction and alignment with the central Control Functions as well as Zurich business units globally
- Engage with legal functions as needed of 3rd party providers

**What you bring**
- Law degree and Bar exam, preferably from Switzerland
- At least 3 years of relevant experience (e.g. in a law firm or as inhouse counsel); prior experience in the field of start-ups is a plus
- Fluent written and spoken English skills, other language is a plus
- Strong interest in technology and related legal topics and eagerness to deepen specialist know-how in mentioned areas, in particular in the area of digital services
- Deep knowhow in Data Protection related topics
- Ability to combine legal knowledge with commercial acumen tailored for a start-up across multiple jurisdictions
- Understanding of the evolving landscape and future needs within health and wellbeing services and digitalization
- Ability to manage ambiguity and work in a multi-stakeholder environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking and willingness to seize opportunities to innovate and create value
- Bold, courageous and resilient
