**Our client** **is a unique Swiss Private Bank with an established presence in Zurich and Geneva, our client is enjoying a period of growth, and looking to hire a new professional and experienced allround**

**LEGAL COUNSEL **(100% but open to 80%)

You will be working in a small team of highly dynamic and professional specialists.
- Responsibilities:_
- Responsible for handling and preparing general legal answers, investigations and clarifications
- Drafting of contracts and legal documents
- Participation in the revision of the existing bank contracts
- Specialized Legal advice on regulatory and strategic projects, a Point-of-Contact person
- Participation in the updating and further development of cross-border banking measures.
- Requirements:_
- **YOU MUST HAVE** a Swiss Legal education (LLM Masters) or Germanic with a number of years experience in the Swiss legal system
- **YOU MUST HAVE** Minimum 4 years (at least) of professional experience in financial services or law firm
- **YOU MUST HAVE** Excellent in German (preferably Mother tongue) and very good English skills
- Knowledge of the Swiss banking and financial market law as well as data protection
- A detail, solution-oriented and independent way of working
- A strong team-player, open person, flexible, with a high willingness to learn and develop
