**Global Marketing Communications Manager (F/M/D)**

**What you will do**

**Key Responsibilities**
- In cooperation with global marketing develop external communication toolkits and materials (i.e., brochures, videos, technical presentations etc)
- Organize external events, such as fairs & exhibitions, customer and press events;
- Support the implementation of global internal communication activities, such as internal meetings and communications
- Develop and maintain social media channels (mainly Linkedin and Youtube)
- Manage in-house and external digital tools, i.e. customer presentation tool with the objective of keeping information up-to-date & providing necessary training and support for the users
- Interact with the regional marketing to make sure that the global campaigns and the marketing tools are leveraged and executed
- Promote the DSM brand and safeguard its house style for all communication messages and tools globally and in the regions
- Manage external suppliers like advertising agencies, designers, printing companies, photographers and copy writers to ensure strong relationship, quality of goods and services to guarantee value for money
- Maintain marketing & marketing communications databases (such as sharepoint, others)
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

**Your experience**
- BSc level or equivalent, preferably in marketing
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing or marketing communications
- Knowledge & previous experience in social media channels is a must
- Knowledge of CRM and digital marketing tools, as well as prior experience ein event management is preferred
- Hands-on and can-do attitude. Team player with intercultural sensitivity
- A flexible, agile and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English
