As our Global Digital Communications Manager, you will elevate our Beauty & Care business’ digital presence.

You will engage target audiences and drive lead generation and brand loyalty through our communication efforts in the digital space. In this role you will have a critical part in expanding market reach, fostering customer relationships and supporting sales growth.

**Your key responsibilities**:
You will have experience in the B2B digital space, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in digital marketing to support brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. Your key areas of responsibilities include:
**Digital Comms. Plan Deployment**:

- Drive and execute our digital communication plans across multiple platforms in alignment with overall brand, campaigns, and communication objectives.
- Craft compelling content that resonates with our B2B audience and promotes the business' solutions and services within the beauty industry.
- Oversee our content calendars and coordinate content creation with internal teams and external partners.

**Website Management**:

- Maintain and update the Beauty & Care’s website with relevant content, ensuring a user-friendly experience that reflects brand identity and drives conversions. Collaborate with designers and developers to optimize website functionality, UX/UI, and SEO.
- Monitor website analytics and traffic to continuously improve site performance.

**Search Engine Marketing (SEM)**:

- Develop and manage SEM campaigns, including Google Ads and other paid search platforms, to drive traffic and lead generation.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize ads for maximum visibility and relevance. Track, analyze, and report on SEM performance and adjust campaigns as needed to meet goals.

**Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track and analyze KPIs across all digital channels, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance.

**You bring**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 5+ years experience in digital marketing, preferably in the beauty or B2B industry.
- Extensive experience in Content Creation for digital channels.
- Experience in tracking and analyzing KPIs across all digital channels. Build reports, provide and initiate recommendations that will improve performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
