**What You’ll Do**

In this role you will effectively develop and execute the global Dietary Supplements marketing communications strategies, reflective of the strategic segment marketing plans.

You will design, implement and monitor integrated content marketing campaigns to gain high-quality leads and support the growth targets of the business.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Develop and execute the annual Dietary Supplements marketing communication strategies and drive the implementation
- Design campaigns and develop engaging content formats, relevant for the respective target audiences, to add incremental value in the target audience journey and ultimately help raise awareness and generate leads.
- Ensure that the creation of science-based content is evidence-based, accurate, and balanced to meet the needs of both external and internal stakeholders. Ensure that all communication materials are of high quality, while meeting compliance requirements (internally and externally).
- Build on web analytics and digital campaign performance to identify best practices. Work together with Digital Communications and supporting agencies, to track and evaluate the results and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Plan event engagements at global virtual and in-person congresses, in close collaboration with the respective region in which the event is taking place.
- Collaborate with external scientific experts/KOLs for the development of thought leadership content and event engagements, and to further build our KOL network.
- Work together with the Brand Director to accurately reflect the brand strategy and messaging across the content experience journey, to build awareness and appeal of our positioning and the offering architecture.
- Educate and increase awareness of our brand strategy to all stakeholders to ensure the proper implementation across all communication channels (internal and external)
- Manage the itemized dietary supplements global marketing communication budgets.
- Manage the pertinent vendor(s)/ agencies in specialty writing and content creation, as well as digital campaigning.
- Utilize and embed ‘Marketing as Architects for Growth’ (MAG) framework into product and key project launches
- Executes on priorities from HB&S program leadership teams and manages annual campaign calendars
- Support the dietary supplements segment teams in the launch of new innovations and in growing innovation platforms, by developing and implementing the marketing communication plan as integral part of the overarching go-to-market strategy.
- Monitor and report on launch effectiveness through end-to-end data and prepare executive summaries to support management discussions.
- Help implement the sales enablement strategy to provide the dietary supplements sales teams with the tools they need to effectively engage in customer/stakeholder dialogues and sell.
- Effectively communicate campaigns, new marketing assets and tools utilizing the established internal communication vehicles to increase awareness and drive excitement within the dietary supplements community and broader DSM audience

**You bring**
- Master’s degree in Marketing and/or Corporate Communications with a strong background in dietary supplements communications.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, with proven experience in a multi-cultural and international company.
- Excellent English communication skills; additional languages a plus.
- Outstanding communication skills, oral and written, with cultural sensitivity to diverse audiences.
- Facilitation skills, consensus building and cooperation within cross functional teams; a team player.
- Good networker with internal and external stakeholders; good listening abilities.
- Structured, results-oriented and to work independently, as well as high degree of initiative with the ability to set priorities.
- Flexible and adaptable to a fast-moving international virtual working environment.
- Knowledge or passion for human health, well-being, and nutrition.
- Energetic, passionate & outside the box thinking.
